Beach Bound RV Park Policy

Check In/Check Out

  • Check-In Time: 12:00 PM (noon) day of arrival

  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM day of departure

  • Late Check-Out: The front desk may be able to arrange a late checkout, if available. In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures.

Occupancy

  • Standard Rate Includes: Up to 2 adults (age 16+) and 2 children (age 15 and under).

  • Additional Occupants: $10.00 per day for each person over the standard rate.

  • Maximum Occupants Per Site: 6 people total (combined adults and children).

  • Maximum Adults: 3 adults per site.

  • Maximum Children: 4 children per site (e.g., 2 adults / 4 children or 3 adults / 3 children).

  • Occupancy Requirement: Each site must include at least 1 occupant age 18 or older.

  • Special Circumstances: For group arrangements, extended stays, or exceptions to these limits, please contact the office in advance to discuss availability and approval.

Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

  • Please be courteous to other guests around you.

  • Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.

  • Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from the park.

  • Profanity or violence towards other guests or park staff will result in immediate eviction from the park.

  • Guests violating rules that result in an eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay.

Pet Policy

We welcome guests to bring their pets along for their stay. However, in order to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, we have established the following pet policy:

  • Suitability of Pets: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable for the serenity and safety of our guests or the park.

  • Leash Requirement: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and under the control of someone who can effectively manage all animals.

  • Limit: Maximum of 3 pets per site; no exotic or oversized pets allowed, including reptiles and large birds.

  • Standard Rate Includes: Up to 2 pets.

  • Additional Pets: $5.00 per day for each pet over the standard rate.

  • Registration: All pets must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival.

  • Supervision: Pets may not be left outside unattended at any time during the guest's stay.

  • Clean-Up Responsibility: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. If park staff are required to clean up after a guest's pet due to failure to comply with this responsibility, the guest will incur a $50 pet clean-up fee. This fee will be charged to the guest's account upon discovery of the unattended waste or upon notification from other guests or staff.

  • Vaccination Proof: Guests are asked to carry proof of their pet’s current vaccinations.

  • Liability: The park is not responsible for and will hold accountable the pet owner for any injury or damage caused by their pet(s).

  • Service Animals: Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal.

Thank you for your cooperation in adhering to our pet policy. We appreciate your efforts in helping us maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all our guests.

Cancellation Refund Policies

  • More than 30 days' notice: You will receive a full refund minus a $60 cancellation fee. Reservation fees are non-refundable.

  • 30 days or less notice: You will receive a 50% refund of your total reservation cost. Reservation fees are non-refundable.

  • Exceptions: In the event of documented emergencies or extreme weather conditions affecting travel to the area, we may offer additional flexibility at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. 

Early Departure Refund Policies

  • Monthly Rate Guests:
    If a guest on a monthly rate decides to depart before the end of any monthly contracted period, any previously paid fees will be recalculated based on the number of weeks or days they stayed for that given monthly contracted period. The difference between any amount previously paid and the recalculated fees for that given month will be refunded to the guest. Any outstanding or unpaid fees will be charged to the guest's credit card upon departure.

    For example, if a guest departs after staying for 20 days out of a 30-day month, they will be charged the weekly rate for the first 14 days (2 full weeks) and the daily rate for the additional 6 days. The recalculated fees will be deducted from any previously paid fees, and any outstanding balance will be charged to the guest's credit card.

  • Weekly Rate Guests:
    Similarly, if a guest on a weekly rate decides to depart before the end of any weekly contracted period, any previously paid fees will be recalculated based on the number of weeks or days they stayed. The difference between any amount paid for the weekly rate and the recalculated fees will be refunded to the guest. Any outstanding or unpaid fees will be charged to the guest's credit card upon departure.

    For example, if a guest booked for 14 days (2 weeks) and departs on day 12, they will be charged the weekly rate for the first 7 days, and the additional 5 days will be recalculated at the daily rate. The total of these recalculated fees will be deducted from any previously paid weekly fees, and any outstanding balance will be charged to the guest's credit card.

  • Daily Rate Guests:
    If a guest on a daily rate decides to depart before the end of their contracted period, their previously paid fees will be recalculated based on the number of days they stayed. The difference between the amount paid for the daily rate and the recalculated fees will be refunded to the guest. Any outstanding or unpaid fees will be charged to the guest's credit card upon departure.

    For example, if a guest booked for 6 days and departs on day 4, they will be charged the daily rate for the 4 days they stayed. The total fees for the days they stayed will be deducted from the previously paid fees, and any outstanding balance will be charged to the guest's credit card.

  • Reservation fees are non-refundable.

Vehicle Maintenance Requirements

  • To maintain a clean and environmentally safe environment, any vehicles that are found to be leaking oil are prohibited from entering or remaining in the RV Park. All guests are required to ensure their vehicles are well-maintained and free from fluid leaks prior to arrival.

  • Any deposits paid will be applied to the cleanup of oil leaks or other vehicle-related spills if necessary.

Waste Disposal Policy

  • Gray and Black Water Disposal: Dumping of gray or black septic water on the premises is strictly prohibited except in designated dump stations.

  • Gray Water: All gray water must be disposed of in designated gray water sumps. Dumping gray water anywhere else is strictly prohibited.

  • Black Water: Black water must be dumped at our black water dump station. A fee of $20 will apply for each use. If our dump station is full or under maintenance, black water must be dumped off-site at another black water dump station.

  • These policies are in place to ensure proper sanitation and environmental protection. All guests must comply to maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone.

General

  • Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.

  • Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold park owners harmless from and indemnify park owners against the same.

  • The Park is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.

  • We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.

  • All guests and visitors must register in the office upon arrival.

  • Beach Bound RV Park does not allow the delivery of mail or packages to any guests.  Guests must make arrangements to have their mail or packages delivered to a third-party location for pickup.

  • All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.

  • We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.

  • Tent camping is permitted only in RV spaces when RVs are being used at an additional $10.

  • Visitors are welcome at guest sites between the hours of 9 am & 10 pm.

  • No overnight parking or storage of trailers, boats, jet skis or utility trailers except in additional parking area at a prearranged fee.

  • All fires must be limited to the fire pits and fire rings provided. Please no use of charcoals.

  • Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags and cots are not allowed outside for your safety.

  • Maintenance on RV’s or vehicles on the property is not allowed.

  • Washing RVs or vehicles on the property is not allowed.

  • The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.

  • Clotheslines are not allowed.

  • Guests may not hang any items from the trees.

  • All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.

  • Only 1 RV and 1 other vehicle is allowed per site unless stated otherwise.

  • All trash is to be disposed of in a trash dumpster at the park entrance.

  • DO NOT leave trash out overnight.

  • Boats, boat trailers, cargo trailers, and other recreational vehicles and equipment parking is available in our overflow lot at a fee.

  • Beach Bound RV Park is in a natural wildlife habitat area. NO HUNTING is allowed within park grounds. All guests should ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times.

  • The use of Firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED in the Park.

  • The use of archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns is PROHIBITED.

  • Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.

  • Use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED.

  • Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED.

  • Speed limit on the property is 5 mph.

  • Motorcycles must be in idle speed when traveling through the Park.

  • Children under 14 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult.

  • Vehicles may park in designated spaces only and cannot block any portion of the roadway throughout the park.

  • Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the park.

Security

  • Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles.  Keep your valuables locked up.

  • Report any problems with your site to the Main Office immediately.

  • We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on the property.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Policy on our Site and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
